We had a wonderful anniversary getaway at this luxurious hotel. The grounds were absolutely stunning, providing a relaxing outdoor environment that was perfect for our special occasion. The staff, especially Greg at the front desk, were friendly and attentive, making sure our concerns were addressed. The food was exceptional, with a fantastic variety for breakfast and tea time. The restaurant, Henry's, was superb, and our waiter, Grahm. We also enjoyed the clean and lovely pool area, where my husband particularly loved the shower.

Our only disappointment was with the reception staff during checkout, as they were not as friendly as we had hoped. However, this should not deter families from choosing this hotel.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Henry's at the Farm that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Memorable stay, we had everything needed.

If you're in the market for a Hudson Valley B&B, Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa is a fabulous choice. Set in a farm with breathtaking surroundings, it offers cozy rooms like the Winterberry, with a gas fireplace and a private balcony overlooking the pond and gardens. the well-maintained grounds feature a small zoo, waterfalls, and walking paths, perfect for nature lovers. the complimentary breakfast at Henry's restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a fabulous area of New York, with beautiful grounds to explore. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and restaurant, were great. The breakfast and tea time offered a fabulous variety of fresh food.

The rooms were a bit outdated and noisy, which affected our sleep quality. some staff seemed unhappy and uninterested in providing good service.

The onsite spa experience was disappointing as the facilities were cold and not comfortable. the water in the pool was too cold to enjoy.
